PACIFIC PIPELINE SYSTEM. Soil and materials inspection for the proposed 132-mile $1.5 billion Crude oil pipeline that will safely and efficiently transport oil produced in the San Joaquin Valley and offshore Santa Barbara to existing refineries in the South Bay area of Los Angeles.

LOS ANGELES UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT: Scope of service included inspection of soils and construction materials testing at multiple project sites in support of an overall District expansion and upgrade program.

LOS ANGELES UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT BB BOUND PROJECT: Forster Company is part of the teams that are providing project management services for this $2.4 billion school bound project. 

NORTHRIDGE FASHION CENTER: This 6 Acre major shopping mall sustained severe damage as a result of the 1994 Northridge Earthquake. Forster Company provided soils and materials testing services in conjunction with the reconstruction of the mall.

LOS ANGELES COLISEUM: This major Los Angeles landmark was severely damaged during the 1994 Northridge Earthquake. Forster Company provided trained personnel and service to the restoration project team for concrete materials testing and soils inspection.
MARTIN LUTHER KING JR/CHARLES DREW MEDICAL CENTER: This project was construction of a major trauma/diagnostic center in the county of Los Angeles in Watts.  Forster Company provided training and job development for disadvantaged youths from the inner-city area in concrete materials testing and soils inspection services.
RANCHO LOS AMIGOS MEDICAL CENTER: This new construction project for the County of Los Angeles was in excess of 300 million dollars in the city of Downey.  Forster Company provided materials testing and soils inspection services.

METROPOLITAN WATER DISTRICT: Forster Company was part of a multi-services team that  provided drilling service for the Inland Feeder Pipeline project during the field exploration phase.

SEVEN OAKS DAM: This is a 5 year major water project for the Army Corps of Engineers in the inland Empire. Forster Company is part of the team providing construction materials testing services for the project.

CALIFORNIA STATE UNIVERSITY, NORTHRIDGE: Forster Company was an integral part of the early investigation and recover team that assisted in returning this major university to a useable condition for the resumption of inspection after the 1994 Northirdge Earthquake.  Forster Company provided a wide rage of construction relevant services including inspection and materials testing, utilities mapping and surveys if damaged buildings for assessment purpose.

GOLDEN GATE BRIDGE TOLL PLAZA IMPROVEMENT, SAN FRANCISCO:
Forster Company was part of the team to provide on-site and laboratory testing and inspection services for the Toll Plaza Improvements, Phase I project.  Forster is providing testing and inspection services on the soils and fill compaction, reinforcing steel and concrete placement  inspections and compaction of asphalt.
